Shipping & Returns

You have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact. CURLTURES reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. 

Please note: once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons): hair tools and combs. 

Email our Customer Care team at contact@curltures.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your request is approved, we will email you a return label. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.Returned items must be shipped back within the timeframeindicated in our approval email.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow a short processing time after delivery to our warehouse. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact Customer Care at contact@curltures.com within a reasonable timeframe and include photos and your order number. If we request the item be returned, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak periods). When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.If you haven’t received this email within 3 days of purchase, pleaseemailcontact@curltures.com.

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout, based on your destination and order size/weight.

International orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP) where available. Delivery timelines vary by destination. We do not deliver to international P.O. Boxes.

If your order is lost in transit or items are missing upon delivery, emailcontact@curltures.com and include your order number, a brief description, and photos where applicable. We’re here to help.
