Welcome to the Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) for the website www.curltures.com (the “Website”), operated by or on behalf of CURLTURES SAS (“CURLTURES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website and all related content, tools, features, and functionality are collectively referred to as the “Services.” 

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services. 

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under French law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your password secure.You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify usimmediately at contact@curltures.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.Users previously banned from our Services may not re-register without written authorization.

You may purchase products or services (“Offerings”) through the Website.You agree that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.Full payment, including all applicable taxes and fees, is due at the time of purchase.Prices and currencies are displayed at checkout.We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

If applicable, subscriptions renew automatically using your chosen payment method unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal.Subscription payments are non-refundable, and access will continue through the paid term.

Promotional codes must be used as intended and may not be sold, transferred, or shared without permission. They may expire at any time.Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. They have no expiration date and no inactivity fees.

We reserve the right to update or correct product information, adjust pricing, and cancel orders in case of errors.Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed for future purchases.

Order confirmations acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance.Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.Delivery dates are estimates only; CURLTURES is not liable for shipping delays outside our control.

You may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the shipment date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all labels intact. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and a return label fee may be deducted from your refund. 

Final sale items — including hair tools, combs, bundles, travel-size items, merchandise, and digital gift codes — are non-returnable. 

For faulty or damaged items, email contact@curltures.com. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund upon return if applicable. 

EU customers: original shipping fees are refundable under applicable law; no restocking fees apply. 

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data and is available on our Website.If applicable, additional terms may apply to the CURLTURES.

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, product design, and layout — is the exclusive property of CURLTURES SAS or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited. 

The distinctive identities of Monolith, Morgiane, and Ravage — including their fragrance compositions, artistic direction, and packaging design — are protected under intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these elements, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. 

By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant CURLTURES a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback into our Services without compensation. 

If you post or upload any content (reviews, photos, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, display, and use such content in connection with the Services.We reserve the right to remove or moderate content at our discretion.

• You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: 
• Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the Website or its content. 
• Introducing malicious code or interfering with the Website’s operation. 
• Using bots or automated systems to access or collect data. 
• Posting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or offensive content.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CURLTURES disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

To the extent permitted by law, CURLTURES’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the six months preceding the event giving rise to such claim. CURLTURES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. 

These Terms are governed by French law.Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris (France), unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory local law.If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms periodically.Reasonable notice will be provided, including via email or on our Website.Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

If you breach these Terms, your license to use the Services terminatesimmediately.We may suspend or delete your account at any time and for any reason.Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
